How to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversation history, booking records, and any associated contact information.
To submit a data deletion request, choose one of the following methods:
Email Request
Send an email to hello@danang.beauty with subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include your WhatsApp phone number so we can identify your records.
WhatsApp Message
Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp number +84 36 548 6580. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- All WhatsApp conversation history linked to your phone number
- Booking records associated with your number
- Any event or analytics data tied to your phone number
Note: We may retain booking records for up to 30 days after your request for legal and accounting purposes, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Response Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation to the email or WhatsApp number you used to request deletion.
Facebook / Meta Login Data
If you connected to danang.beauty via Facebook Login, you can also revoke our app's access directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook account Settings
- Select Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Danang Beauty and click Remove
This removes Facebook's connection. To also delete data on our servers, follow the email or WhatsApp method above.
