How to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, including your chat conversation history, booking records, and any associated contact information.
To submit a data deletion request:
Email Request
Send an email to hello@danang.beauty with subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
So we can find your records, tell us roughly when you chatted with Lily, in which language, and your first message.
What Gets Deleted
- Your chat conversation history
- Booking records associated with your conversation
- Any event or analytics data tied to your conversation
Note: if Vietnamese law requires us to keep a record, we tell you which one, why and for how long, and use it for nothing else.
Response Time
We reply within 2 working days and delete your data within 20 days (30 days when one of our service providers has to act; if we need longer, we tell you why), then send a confirmation to the email address you used to request deletion.
