1. About Our Service

Danang Beauty (danang.beauty) is a free AI-powered concierge that helps you discover and book spa experiences in Da Nang, Vietnam. We curate a selection of premium spa partners and facilitate bookings on your behalf. We do not charge guests — our service is funded by a commission paid by spa partners.

2. Eligibility

By using danang.beauty you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a booking. Our service is intended for individuals planning spa visits in Da Nang, Vietnam.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are requests, not guaranteed reservations, until confirmed by the spa.
• You will receive a booking code (format: DB-YYMMDD-SPA-XXXX) as reference.
• Confirmation is sent via WhatsApp, typically within 2 hours during business hours (08:00–20:00 ICT).
• Prices displayed are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed by the spa at time of booking.
• Payment is made directly to the spa at the time of your visit. Danang Beauty does not handle payments.

4. Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellation policies vary by spa partner. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp to avoid no-show fees charged by the spa. Danang Beauty is not responsible for cancellation fees levied by spa partners.

5. AI Concierge ("Lily")

Our WhatsApp assistant "Lily" is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Please note:

• Availability and pricing should be confirmed with the spa directly.
• Lily's recommendations are based on general information and may not reflect real-time availability.
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passport, payment card details) with Lily.

6. Limitation of Liability

Danang Beauty acts as an intermediary between guests and spa partners. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by spas, personal injury, loss of property, or any damages arising from spa treatments. Our liability is limited to the direct facilitation of the booking connection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on danang.beauty — including text, images, and AI-generated descriptions — is the property of Danang Beauty or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our WhatsApp bot to send spam, abuse, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service
• Make fraudulent bookings
• Impersonate another person

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The current version is always at danang.beauty/terms.
