1. About Our Service

Danang Beauty (danang.beauty) is a free catalog of spas in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam, with an AI chat assistant that helps you choose a spa. We do not take bookings: you book directly with the spa, which confirms the time and takes payment. Guests pay us nothing.

2. Eligibility

By using danang.beauty you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our service is intended for individuals planning spa visits in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam.

3. Booking with a Spa

• You book directly with the spa, using the spa's own contact shown by Lily. The spa confirms the time.
• We do not show prices: each spa sets its own, and the spa's price at the time of booking applies.
• You pay the spa directly. Danang Beauty does not handle payments.

4. Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellations and any fees follow the spa's own policy. Please contact the spa directly.

5. AI Concierge (Lily)

Our chat assistant Lily is an AI powered by Claude (Anthropic). AI answers may contain errors. Please note:

• Availability and pricing should be confirmed with the spa directly.
• Lily's recommendations rely on catalog information and may not reflect real-time availability.
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passport, payment card or health details) with Lily.

6. Responsibility

Spas listed on danang.beauty are independent businesses; each spa provides its own services under its own terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Vietnam.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on danang.beauty — including text, images, and AI-generated descriptions — is the property of Danang Beauty or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our chat assistant to send spam, abuse, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service
• Impersonate others or submit false requests
• Impersonate another person

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.

If a translation of these terms differs from this text, the version more favourable to you applies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Each version is published on this page with its date; if you do not accept a new version, you can stop using the service. The current version is always at danang.beauty/terms.
